Problems with links in menu

First let me tell you all that I am quite new to wp but I have been using php for a while. So I am not 100% sure this has to do with Graphene theme.

I have WP using Graphene installed in a subfolder.

    WP version 3.3.2 (Swedish)

    Graphene version 1.7

Followed this instruction to do WP the startpage witout changing subfolder:

    http://codex.wordpress.org/Giving_WordPress_Its_Own_Directory

(The instructions under the Title “Using a pre-existing subdirectory install”)

It has worked before with other wp-installations with other themes.

The problem is that when you try to go to other pages than home it seems as if it doesn’t find the page.

    The site is here: http://www.fjallsport.com

I have tried to alter the permalinks to make it work but it seems as if I am not able to make it work.

Could someone please tell me what I am doing wrong?

It seems to be working fine from my end.

“Hem, Butiken, Fiske, etc…” all link to proper pages (although there is no content on any of them).

“Fiskebloggen” and “Ny hemsida” also link to proper blog posts.

Have you tried clearing any cache on your website, browser, and server?

Well I have content in Admin panel for all the pages. And the “Testsida” is created after the move and as the name of that page indicates it is a testpage 😉

The server cache is without my reach.

Clearing cache on the website? That is something I have never done.

If I cant get this to work I will have to reinstall wp in root of my webpage.
