Problems viewing comments

Since a few days ago is no longer possible some users view the post’s comments. When someone puts a comment passes to view all comments.

I do not know if the problem is an update of graphene theme or some plugin installed, however since I disabled all plugins and the problem persists.

example of post that have 55 comments and indicates that in some browser can not see if any:

I see seven comments on that page in Firefox. In which browsers are you able to see all 55 comments?

If you disable all plugins, does the problem go away?

BTW, two pop-ups is one too many.

For me it is working on Firefox. it currently shows 63 comments just fine. Maybe it is a problem on their end since some users can see it and some not.

I think the problem is in Google Chrome.

A couple of things to try:

1. Disabling plugins, clearing the server cache, and reloading the page.

2. Open the page in a private window (Firefox) or an incognito window (Chrome) to rule out browser extensions causing an issue.

Cause i can’t resolve this i change my comment forms to Disqus.
