    Hello,

    As an avid woman, I introduced myself into the business du jour: blogging (http://www.e-rratas.com/). Now, first and foremost I must state that Graphene is by far, the best theme out there. It’s thoroughly easy and simple enough for me to use. Putting that aside, as always, something started to go wrong with my header that was a jpg document. A few days ago, I updated the theme and instantaneously the conflict arose, thus I surmised that it was caused by the update. Given that, I tried to solve the problem by looking for a solution in this forum and I found this (https://forum.graphene-theme.com/graphene-support/header-disappeared), it, however, did not work. Looking forward for your incredibly helpful help.

    So what happens if you try to upload a header image through the admin panel?

    And if you want to… (I personally can’t stand background images that scroll with the page)… you can add this to your child theme stylesheet:

    body.custom-background {
    background-attachment: fixed;
    }

    Just a suggestion 🙂

    Thanks for the reply,

    Uploading the image again does not work, and I’ll check out the background thing. Any other advice?

    I don’t see any css for your header area. Is it possible you have deleted this somewhere along the way?

    You can always upload a new copy of the themes stylesheets if you haven’t made any modifications to them.

    I can’t grasp what you are saying. Basically, what happened is that the header was there before and now it’s not after the update.

    Hey Josh, I’m new to this css thing and I’ve just understood what you sayed. Actually, no, my header CSS is this. As far as I see, there’s nothing wrong with it according to other header’s CSS from other blogs I’ve seen. I wonder if you could take a look at it to tell me what’s wrong… Thanks a lot.

    Please don’t dump the code here. Use http://pastebin.com to share the codes. Or, atleast put the code between backticks. (It’s located above the “Tab” key on a standard keyboard)
