page text is highlighted

    Created a page. Worked fine until I tried to edit. All paragraph text now have a light gray highlight color behind each word. How do I get rid of the highlight?

    After looking at another page and comparing source codes I discovered that in the HTML view appeared at the beginning and end of the paragraph that was highlighted. Deleted these and the highlight went away. The site works fine now.
