Only 2 out of 3 Neo installations work
Hi there, I bought a total of 3 Neo themes and use them on top of the regular Graphene theme for 3 different domains.
The installation following your instructions worked fine for 2 domains and it showed up on mobile devices properly.
The functioning websites are:
I also installed in the same way Neo on the third domain: http://tyhsonbanighen.ca/
but it doesn’t show up on mobile devices.
Here is what I did so far without making a difference :
deactivated all plugins (other than “Any Mobile Theme Switcher” and “Graphene Mobile Neo Helper”)
deleted NEO theme and related plugins (via FTP) and reinstalled new
(All plugins and themes + WP is up to date.)
None of this made any difference. Please let me know what else I can do.

I checked the settings and Graphene Mobile Neo has been selected for the mobile devices.
I clicked “Saved” again but it is still not showing on a mobile device with the mobile theme.
I took a screenshot but didn’t find out how to attach to this reply.
Any other ideas to make it work,…. please?

And no,… I don’t have any cache plugins installed.
It also didn’t work, after deactivating all plugins other than “Any Mobile Theme Switcher” and “Graphene Mobile Neo Helper”. Deleting all related plugins incl. Mobile Neo theme and fresh re-install didn’t work either.
And NO Neo mobile theme isn’t and was never activated.Admin
Could it have something to do with the following scenario?
I bought 2 Neo mobile theme at the same time in one order. But I only received 1 api key for both.
I used the same api key in:

Not sure if this has anything to do with it, but thought I mention it to you.
that you found the error related to the “double install” of WP.
Your support and help is/was very much appreciated.
Gladly continue to use Graphene Mobile Neo now with also more confidence for my other clients.
The issue is now resolved.
