On my site when you click a link or refresh the page there is a flash of the bottom page sidebar ?

    On my site when you click a link or refresh the page there is a flash of the bottom page sidebar but then it fixes itself and disappears? What is causing this I cant figure it out ?

    I notice the flash of the sidebar and also my background seem to have been cut short ONLY on my posts pages it looks like a blue transparent bar that extends the entire screen and is on the bottom below my footer ?
