Older posts link on bottom of static front page?

    I am running a static home page with 6 panels. They show my 6 newest posts. I have my blog pages set to show 6 posts each as well. I would like to add a link to the bottom of the homepage that takes me to page 2 of the blog posts. So essentially, the link will take me into the blog but skip the first page since it would be the same posts that are on the homepage anyway. Can I just add a hyperlink? Where would I insert that?

    You can use an action hook to create a button or text… but you would need to use a php widget and some conditional formatting to make it show only on the home page.
