New Version Mobile Neo Not Working

    Since I updated to Neo mobile version a date back …. Its not showing properly on mobile devices … i tried both mobile smart and any mobile theme switcher …

    Urgent help needed …

    After Updating the theme is appearing broken … last version 1.5 never showed problem … I have tried both mobile smart and AMTT plugins … I reinstalled everything …

    plz help as majority of my readers are on mobile

    Problem started after updating the grapheme neo helper … i tried re installing but stii the problem persists.

    Okay, I just installed Graphene Mobile Neo on one of my websites, updated it from 1.0 to the current version (1.6). It works fine for me.

    This is not helpful. In what way is it not showing properly? What appears to be broken. Only you know how it’s supposed to appear.

    As per the [url=https://forum.graphene-theme.com/graphene-mobile-neo/installation-instructions/]installation instructions[/url], you should only use the Any Mobile Theme Switcher, not Mobile Smart.

    Where did you get this update from? AFAIK, version 1.0 is the only version available.

    Hi There , Thanx for the reply … I deactivated all plugins and found that after removing the bwp-minify plugin it started working properly again …

    but is there any minify plugin that will go along with the graphene mobile neo theme ?

    As a temporary fix, until you can find an alternative plugin. Try reactivating bwp-minify; then disable it specifically on Mobile Neo.

    Disable bwp-minify by using Graphene Mobile Neo Options > Advanced > Plugins control
