Neo activation

    Graphene Neo is not supposed to be activated. However, the Live Preview allows for widget changes and in the upper left hand corner, Save and Activate are on the same button. Does this activate the theme or just the changes?? I have been through an activation of the theme, which is a mistake I have no desire to repeat.

    The “Save and Activate” button will activate the theme. I would suggest making changes in the normal Widgets screen instead of the Live Preview screen.
