Need suggestions for using a 'table'

  • Anonymous

I’m establishing a page that will list a number of different sites, along with a graphic about them. I want it to be neat and orderly and in a table like fashion.

So far, I’ve written an HTML table in Dreamweaver and transferred it onto my page, and also experimented with the ‘Easy Table’ plug in. Both work to a degree, but I thought there might be something easier to use.

The primary things I need in this table are:

    1) three columns, locked to a third of the table area

    2) top alignment in all cells

    3) invisible borders

That’s pretty much it. I can make it work as long as I keep any added text the same length so the cell doesn’t expand (which throws the 1/3, 1/3, 1/3 out of whack), and I’ve had no luck top aligning yet either. Figured I might save myself a day of frustration by asking the Graphene gurus for advice.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks in advance!

Did you try Josh’s Ultimate TinyMCE plugin?

    I will now. Thanks!

I’ll let you know the results.

Prasanna, this looks like it is going to do the trick perfectly! That’s a great plug in! Thank you for your help, and I’ll mark this closed!

This just answered my next question without me even asking it, thanks
