mystery, where did plugins menu go?

I have no plugins menu.

These are the things listed in my administrative panel: Dashboard, Posts, Media, Links, Pages, Comments, Appearance, Users, Tools, General, Settings.

When I go to http://mysite.com/wp-admin/plugins.php

The words “Cheatin uh?” pop up on a white screen with nothing else. I am the one who created my site and am the only one with access.

Have I somehow accidentally disabled the plugins menu?

I can’t find an answer anywhere to this.

It seems your site is compromised..

Okay, that is not the case..

Try reinstalling the WordPress..
