I don’t know how to find the root of the problem. I tried inspect element in Chrome, and I can see that the first line under the network tab is the one that takes forever, but that just has the url in it and not(like I hoped) the name of a plugin or specific file or anything. I do not have any clue what to do from there. This is a copy paste of the first line, but you can’t really see anything here except that the page is 27kb big and loads for 4.87s…

Can someone please be kind enough to help me find the root of this problem, I have very little experience in the field and I am getting very frustrated…

This is very likely an issue with your server, or you simply have too many plugins installed that processing all of them takes that long.

Might want to take a look at a caching plugin like W3 Total Cache to cache the pages and reduce server load.
