Mobile Theme Not Displaying on Mobile

    Hi there,

    Installed Mobile NEO. Did not activate. Have Any Mobile Theme Switcher selected to Graphene Mobile NEO on all mobile devices.

    Can see that my website is looking kind of how I want it to look on mobile when I go to http://juiceandsmoothierecipes.com/?am_force_theme_layout=mobile

    However, when I try to see it on my mobile, it hasn’t changed. I refreshed, deleted cache and waited a few hours. Still no change.

    What am I doing incorrectly?

    Also, how do I get the homepage panes to show up on mobile. They aren’t showing even on the above link.

    Hi Sharon,

    It appears that another mobile theme is in effect on your site, probably from the Jetpack plugin. Disable that other mobile theme and you should be seeing GM Neo on your site for mobile devices.

    Thanks for getting back to me, especially on a Sunday. I feel a bit silly that I missed that. Sorry……

    Any thoughts on what I might be doing wrong in relation to the homepage panes?
