Meta & Archive Menu Options showing up in 2 places on my page.

    I have the Content with the one column on the left of the page. This column holds my Meta & Archive tabs. Can I get rid of those? and its also showing up below my content above my footer very randomly.

    Here is an image of what is going on

    Do you mean a sidebar on the left side?

    It looks like you have some bad CSS somewhere or may have hacked some core theme files. Can’t say more without seeing it in person or knowing what modifications you have made and how you have made them.
