Menus from a sub menu are appearing above

Can’t really explain this so I took a screenshot!

As you can see the sub-menu links are above where they should be. This was also the case before I made changes to the template in the first place.

Is there a line in the css I need to remove or something on the wordpress theme?

Did you make any changes to the theme’s files, including the stylesheet? It’s very difficult to troubleshoot things like this if we don’t have access to the site.
