Menu tab highlighting

On my page:

the “Blogs” tab gets highlighed even when I am on the “Home” page. Can anyone explain this?

Erm…because you’re using the Blogs page as your Static Front Page?

Really? In “Settings -> Reading” I have “Front page displays -> A static page -> Front Page = Home”. Am I not looking in the right place?

Hurm.. seems like the “Blogs” menu item is actually a Home link in your Custom Menu, but the description has been changed to “Blogs” instead of Home. Try removing the “Blogs” menu item in your custom menu, and add it again.

Just a note:

The link to your page in the “About Me” section directs to http://www.rpi.edu/%7Edoriad/www.rpi.edu. I think you want this to be just http://www.rpi.edu/%7Edoriad/.
