Hi,

is there any way of adding a menu of links to other sites to the existing top menu?

see http://www.southernfreestyle.co.uk

I’d like to add an additional menu item that contains just links to other sites, so the menu would look like:

Slopes

–> Slope 1

–> Slope 2

–> Slope 3

etc.

You need to use the Custom Menu function for this. Go to WP Admin > Appearance > Menus to set up your custom menu.

Hi Syahir,

that doesn’t quite achieve what I wanted… I want to use your top level menu i.e. display menu of pages but I also want to add another item to the end of this menu with a dropdown menu of links. Is that possible without a lot of programming?

Use the Custom Menu function – no programming needed. You can simply add all of the top level pages into the menu, and then add those custom links at the end of the menu. There’s just gonna be a little bit more work to add all the pages into the Custom Menu, but really, it’s nothing compared to custom-programming the links into the code.
