Menu appears on the left on RTL website

    The menu on RTL websites appears on the left instead of the right side.

    This was a design decision. In non-RTL sites, the menu is aligned to the right, so it is flipped to the left side on RTL sites.

    Sounds to me that it should be the opposite for both, or you wanted to change the standard way all websites looks like?

    There isn’t a standard way all websites look – it all depends on what a specific website (or in this case, a theme) wants to achieve. There are actually plenty of websites that have the navigation menu right-aligned.

    Aesthetics aside, this also places more emphasis on the logo since the top left is one of the earliest visual hotspot for a visitor – great for building brand awareness among your visitors.
