    How can i make a menu to the left site like it is in the website http://www.werenfried.nl

    You have several options here:

    1. You can use a custom menu widget
    2. You can use a text widget and make it yourself out of HTML
    3. You can use a menu plugin. Some plugins even provide accordion style menus.
