May I know how to get rid of Page Titles Appearing Below Header Image?

I like this Template but the only problem I am having is that the page titles are all appearing below the header image. May I know how do I get rid of them? I would actually like to have “Home, About Us, iPods, Tablets, Digital Cameras and etc…etc...” listed in these categories.
