Map of where all action hooks are located

    Title says it all. It would help the unnecessary trial and error approach.

    I can’t see that such a map exists, but I apologise if it does and I simply haven’t managed to find it!

    It’s a bit crude since the “hotspots” are auto-generated (it would be too time consuming otherwise), but they should help.
