is there away to make 2 post pages and when you make a post you can pick which one to post to

also how do i make it possible to make some sidebars appear on some pages and make others appear on others

and is the away to make my home page like this page http://www.denofgeek.com/ (my home page is a static page) or is there a plugin that helps do this

Not really, but you can use category archives to sort them out.

Use the Widget Logic plugin. Or the Widget Context plugin.

Please specify what you want to emulate on that page. That page is completely different from a Graphene default installation.
