Hi Syahir,

Since this topic is closed, I’m asking the same feature again in this thread.

Probably this can be implemented in /includes/theme-comments.php in line 34.

<a href="#comment-<?php comment_ID() ?>"><?php printf( __( '%1$s at %2$s', 'graphene' ), get_comment_date(), get_comment_time() ); ?></a> (which adds comment permalink to the date)

Or, <a href="#comment-<?php comment_ID() ?>">Link to this comment</a> may be added after <span class="timezone"><?php echo '(UTC '.get_option( 'gmt_offset' ).')'; ?></span>
