Increase Header width
On my web site, http://www.raymondvilleupc.net, I am using one column and it is set at 1040px. I would like to expand the header so it goes across the whole page instead of the with of the column.
Can this be done? If so, please give easy instructions for this web challenged person. I have had many comments on my web site how nice it looks and I like to thank the graphene theme folks for a great theme.

The short answer is yes, it can be done, but it is not easy.
Your header image would not be suitable for that sort of application. You would need a new one that has the same appearance all the way across (in other words, something 1 pixel wide that you can repeat horizontally) in order to accommodate users with different monitor sizes.
There was a thread about this several months ago. I’ll see if I can find it and then you can take a look at it and see how much time and energy you want to commit to this.Quote:I have had many comments on my web site how nice it looks and I like to thank the graphene theme folks for a great theme.
We’re glad to hear that. You’re very welcome.Mod
It was easier to find than I thought:
Keep in mind that with that solution, anyone with a monitor wider than 2000px will see blank space to the left and right of the header.
