Imagely Search issue

    Hello
I’ve added an imagley search to a page, but unfortunately when it’s used, the page formatting breaks. The URL is here: https://wolvercote.org/photo-gallery/ and the search is at the bottom. Try entering Dog into the search box and enter. You will see the page reformats.

This is on a PC with Chrome. Mobile seems to work OK.

    Appreciate any help.

    Thanks

Looks like there’s an extra closing </div> in that search results template. Are you using built-in template or custom template for Imagely?

Thanks for the response. I’m just using the plugins straight out of the box. Shall I report this to imagely?

Can you try temporarily switching to the default TwentyTwenty theme, and see if the issue is still there? This would determine if the conflict is specific to the Graphene theme or otherwise.

Good idea. Yes, it works OK with Twenty Twenty.

I’ve had this back from the Imagely help desk:

It seems that is an existing conflict with your theme Graphene (graphene)version: 2.7.5
If you switch to a WordPress default theme, it should work.

We ran a quick HTML validation, and there is some visible end of tag or unclosed elements errors.

You can try contact the theme developer to see if they already have similar issues with other plugins, they might alaredy have a fix for that.

Are you able to help please? I would like to continue using the theme if possible.

    Thanks

Thank you for that. We’ll run some tests with the plugin and let you know when a fix is available.

It looks like the website is using Nextgen Gallery Pro, which we don’t have access to. I believe the image search feature is only available in the Pro version.

Would you be willing to send us a copy of the Nextgen Gallery Pro plugin currently installed on your site so that we can proceed with the troubleshooting?
