Image alignment and sizing problems after update

I am running WordPress 5.5 and the latest update of Graphene on two sites. Since the updates both are having issues with image alignment in posts.

Some images refuse to display with the alignment that has been assigned to them in the editor. This has happened with both images in the media library and those brought in from an outside URL. And it has happened with both the block editor, the classic editor, and the classic paragraph block. I will assign an alignment (left, right or center) and it shows properly in the editor, but when I go to preview or post, it does not display as assigned. When I check the html code in the post, the alignment lists correctly as assigned and I have been able to find no html difference between the images that are working correctly and those which are not.

I have had a similar issue with resizing images in the image blocks using the Gutenburg editor, they resize in the editor, but not in the post display.

I am at a loss of what to do with this. Any assistance would be appreciated. The two sites I am having issue with are RandomBitsofFascination.com and AustenVariations.com. One of the affected pages can be found here: https://austenvariations.com/after-the-wedding-wip-sneak-peek-by-jennifer-altman/

    Thank you.

I’m having similar issues. Have you found any solution for this?

When I visited this page, the image alignments look correct. See the screenshot below. Are you seeing the post being displayed differently?

The page was fixed by the author to display right and left justifications because center justified images would not work. Given that it renders pages looking so bad, all the affected pages have been edited to render them not awful to the reader.

I’m not sure how to point you to an affected page without interfering with the reader’s experience.
