If I buy Graphene Mobile..

    Hi all,

    I have 2 questions. Sorry if my English is bad.

    What is the difference between Graphene Mobile and Graphene Mobile Neo?

    And If I buy Graphene Mobile, am I able to just add it to an existing wordpress website with graphene already installed? Is that easy?

    And yes, you can use Graphene Mobile or Graphene Mobile Neo with any existing website with Graphene already installed. Installation is pretty straightforward, but we also provide free installation service if you need it.

    Hi Syahir,

    I bought the Neo version. There were 2 .zip documents. I tried to follow the steps in the installation guide, but I wasn’t able to install the helper .zip file, because the .css was missing.

    So I activated the Neo version anyway. But if I go to my website on a desktop, the Neo version is displayed. How can I change this?

    The helper zip file is a plugin, so it should be installed as a plugin. Reactivate the Graphene theme, and then activate the helper plugin and follow the instructions that will appear on screen. Let me know if you need further assistance.
