html5 markup

Hi, I would like to ask for html5 markup like <header>, <footer>, <nav>, <section>, <article>, <aside>, etc elements.

Thanks for the response. Now that i am thinking again, i am not sure if there is any benefit for just using these elements.

What i mean is i would love a complete html5 Graphene theme, which i think is more than just replacing some elements in the code.
