html code shows when cursor hovers over menu bar
-
I’m using graphene with NO custom menus on my new site, http://cliffmama.com.
When the cursor hovers over the menu items, the html code shows up. So when the cursor is over the “About” menu item, the text
<strong>About</strong>
appears. I haven’t been able to figure out where it’s coming from or how to remove it.Please advise… and thanks for the theme!

ModOkay, this is not a bug (possibly), but it has been observed here previously. See this thread
https://forum.graphene-theme.com/graphene-support/how-to-edit-text-when-hovering-over-menu
which highlights this solution:
It is an issue with the All in One SEO pack plugin.
ModA few suggestions are here:
I found if I put text in the Title Attribute field of the All-In-One-SEO Plugin, then that text will replace the
<strong>Home</strong>
type code showing up in the menu. I would prefer if I could just get rid of the hover description altogether though. It’s redundant to have “Home” hovering over the menu item for “Home” and it doesn’t really need more description than that. Is there a place to modify the theme to take the hover description off of the main menu items? Thanks. (I’m not well versed in wordpress and css beyond the basics).
