How to insert a contact form in a template php
-
Hello, I would like to know how I can insert a contact form 7 in template php, and I need to create a different page to other pages, such as a landing page with a contact form. I inserted the short code of the form, the source code extracted from the code inserted in a normal page, and the form appears, but no the corresponding messages me back successful delivery, failed name, etc..
I hope I can help, I know nothing about php codes, thanks.
ModQuote:I would like to know how I can insert a contact form 7 in template php,Don’t edit theme files. You will lose your changes when the theme updates.
You should be able to insert the short code in any page or post when you write it .You don’t need to edit the theme files.

Thanks for the prompt reply.
You’re right about losing changes with the update.
I mean, when you send the form data, there is an answer that you previously configured as “thanks for subscribing” or “your email is invalid, write it again”, etc.. In fact, when completing the form, both email 1 and email 2 (which is sent to the user) are sent correctly.
How I can do it in the most appropriate without change the theme? (I can not buy optimize press or something similar).
I use action hooks, so when I set the page to the template “single-column” anyway I get advertising and other information that I have there as related entries, etc..
I appreciate you giving me an orientation, or how to find the information with the appropriate terms.
regards
