how to change the style of a specific sidebar

Ok so say I have 2 sidebar widgets on each side. How do I change the style of say the the bottom one on the right side without it affecting the one above it. Can I enter the title of the sidebar somehow into css?

Im building it offline, I just want to know how to designate a specific sidebar in the css.

In the upcoming version, each sidebar item will be given a specific ID and class so you can target them individually, or according to type.
