How to change English buttons?

    Hello,

I would like to know how I can change the English text in several buttons, for example ; ” Continue Reading ” and ” Back to the Top “

I live in the Netherlands and I would like them to be Dutch instead of English.

    Thanks

    Hi Peter,

You will need to translate the theme’s language files into Dutch. See this page on how to translate the theme:

    http://docs.graphene-theme.com/Translating_the_theme

The guide was originally written for the Graphene theme, but the steps are generally the same. Let us know if you have any question or need any help.

    Hi Syahir,

Are there already translations available for Graphene Mobile Neo (dutch)? Because my normal Graphene theme was already dutch (alltough, the buttons are)

If there isn’t, is there not an easier way to just edit the text of the buttons instead of translating the whole theme…

    many thanks

No, because the two themes use different translation files. However, it is possible to use the translations from Graphene for the matching text strings in GM Neo.

Yes, it would be easier to just edit the text, but you will have to do this every time the theme is updated. Furthermore, you don’t need to translate the whole theme. You can just translate the button labels if you want to.

I have used Poedit to translate theme into my language. No problem for you to do the same. You can translate just the buttons if you want.

You will need to ipload the 2 files to your site with a ftp program.

Poedit is free, but if you will translate all of the language file I recommend the full version because it helps you translate.
