It’s an image which is inserted whenever you use a bulleted list. The easiest way to change it is to get your own graphic, upload it to your site, and change your css to use the new graphic.
.entry-content ul li {
list-style-image: url("PATH_TO_YOUR_IMAGE") !important;
}
Change the PATH_TO_YOUR_IMAGE to the absolute url of the image you uploaded.
