how to add video to header
-
Hello!
I enabled my graphene_header widget and edited my css, just like it says here:
https://forum.graphene-theme.com/graphene-support/positioning-video-in-header
My problem is that I cannot position the video onto the header itself.
So, I added the header image in the action hook and positioned the video there.
But now I have two header images. The second one is right, with the test video showing.
How should I remove the header image? Or position the video on the header and not in the action hook?

Cheers,
January

Quote:But now I have two header images.Because you have this in your header widget:
<div class="graphene-dynamic-widget" id="graphene-dynamic-widget-graphene_header">
<div id="text-20" class="sidebar-wrap clearfix widget_text">
<div class="textwidget"><a href="http://januarytan.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/A-Header_IMG-7.png">
<img src="http://januarytan.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/A-Header_IMG-7.png" alt="" width="1000" height="560" class="header-img">
</a></div>Quote:Or position the video on the header and not in the action hook?Get rid of the above. You are already using text widget #19 to add the YouTube movie. You should try adding the YouTube movie to the header widget.
Moved to Support. Please post in the correct section next time.
Thanks for the reply.
Yup. I’d actually tried that the first time around.
What I was missing was to put a negative value to position the video correctly.

It’s working now. 🙂
