How do I remove blog from static front page?

    This site will not be used as a website. There will be no blogs at all on it.

    You can use a custom menu:

    and you can hide a specific page using CSS if you know the page’s unique ID. This has been discussed many, many times in this forum, so please search around and you will find it.

    Boy, that was a rather aggressive response.

    Sorry, I was up till five am and I was bit out of it when I wrote that. What I meant is that the site would not be used as a blog or for blogging in any way – so I did not want the hello world blog or any other on the front static page or any other page for that matter.. It did not appear on that page until I assigned it as the front page.

    What exactly do you want to remove? There is no blog post on your test site.

    I figured it out. I had to remove the slider and that removed the comments area.
