Use an image file that is equal to or bigger than 900×198 pixels as the page’s or post’s featured image. That featured image will then replace the header image when the page/post is being displayed.

    Hello Syahir,

    I think I have the same question…

I have a header that I would like to use for my static pages, and a different header that I would like to use for my post pages. I am emphatically NOT a PHP person, and have been banging my head against the desk all day trying to figure out how to do this… I can’t seem to override the custom header I created. I’ve attempted to create my own page template, but whenever I enter in the coding to tell it to use a different header, it always returns the custom one I’ve set in header.

Any ideas would be welcome! Thanks in advance!

    Hi Syahir,

Did something change with the update? My featured images no longer show up on each page. ???

The width of the header image has changed, and this is probably what’s causing your featured images to no longer show up on each page. The new header width is 960px.

    Dear Syahir,

I have the same problem as RitchBrandon. After update the theme my featured images no longer show up on each post/page. I have checked the with of the header images and everything has over 960px. I have no idea what is causing the issue.

Many thanks for your promp reply. Indeed, I tryed redesign (cut) one image onto an accurate size (960px) and then it worked. But, ….honestly if I knew before that I would have such huge work, I would think twice to update the theme. I love this theme, but I do not think that it is worth the time to try to rezise every post/page with image. At least this workaround fits somehow. Cheers…and you guys have done a fantastic job. I am addicted and soon will contribute (by donation)to keep you running it.

Your Graphene Theme Header help text advise You to use 960px picture width.

At least in my language. Maybe the help text must be more specific here.

Then again, when Your asking for support why not supply a link to the site

in Question! So I repeat, please:

Regarding Theme update: Be well advised 🙂
