How can I move an image up closer to the top to eliminate the gap of space it has normally?

    How can I make the blue image I put on my front page that says “What is IamDentistry.com?” move up so there is no white space and expand left and right so it can fit snugly to also have no white space? No matter how much I increase the width and height it does not change it is fixed. What code can I use?

    yep that’s exactly what I did
