How can I create Child Theme?

Dear Sir,

as https://forum.graphene-theme.com/graphene-support/more-tag/page/3 it recommend to create child theme to update the TEXT in more tag.

But i don’t know how to create child theme 🙁 please advise…

Child theme for Graphene or Graphene Mobile Neo? Creating a child theme for GM Neo is somewhat different than creating a child theme for Graphene. You’ve posted this in GM Neo forum. Do you want us to move this thread to Graphene support forum?
