The problem is i edit the header image and upload it but when i run the site it displays an unwanted text i.e”bunerfinance.gov.pk just another wordpress site”

can someone please tell me how I can take text line 2 out of the header and move text line one in the center of the header. I outsourced the header work and can’t find the person who did it – to fix it.
