Header image link not working in IE or Chrome, is in Firefox

    Like the title says, my header image link is working in Firefox but not IE or Chrome. I updated the theme yesterday to 1.7.1 and it worked fine before then. Could this be a bug of the update?

    This is a bug with how IE handles block anchor element with nothing in it – it removes it. Will be fixed in the next theme update though.
