Have static homepage. Can I have slider on blog front page? Graphene desktop headers don't mob

  • BrickPollitt

I am using Graphene Theme. I have a static home page and other pages for which I use “featured images” as headers. My header image is used for my blog page (this is the workaround).

The graphene neo theme puts the slider with blog posts on my static home page and I have no headers whatsoever in mobile.

The lack of integration with the desktop theme seems strange, though it is a beautiful mobile theme.

Ideally I’d like to get my headers back where I want them and get the slider operating on my main blog page (which is not my home page).

    Any ideas?

    site is flowmma.org

In GM Neo Options > Display > Header, you can set the image to be used as the header image. There is no option to replace the header image with the post’s featured image in Graphene Mobile Neo.

As for getting the slider on the main blog page, you will need to create a child theme for Graphene Mobile Neo to achieve that. Once you have the child theme, I can guide you on how to insert the slider in the main blog page.

    Hi Syahir,

Thanks for your help, but the theme is just not going to work for my purposes, lovely as it is. How can I go about getting a refund?

Sure, no problem. I have processed already your refund. Please let me know if there’s anything else.
