Having had problems with comments by wordpress changed the forms to Disqus.

But now the areas of action hooks do not allow to put a action hook in the comments.

What can i do to put na action hook in the commentform?

I put na Action Hook before the form of comments but does not work.

You can’t. Since your site is no longer using the default comment form, but a third-party form instead, you’ll need to check the Disqus API to see if there is a way to insert your own content into it.

Alternatively, you could insert content above or below it. Just not into it.
