GM Neo Options not Showing under Appearances

I have GM Neo installed on two sites so far (love it, thanks for a great theme!).

On one of the installs, I am able to edit the Neo theme even when it’s not activated. When my regular Graphene theme is activated, the GM Neo options are under appearances (Appearances – > GM Neo Options). Also, I can set GM Neo Header Menu, and GM Neo Footer Menu under Appearances -> Menu.

On my other install (www.denversexcrimesattorney.com), the options don’t appear at all when my regular Graphene theme is activated. I can’t update the options or widgets for the mobile theme, and I can’t set the menus unless I have activated the mobile theme. I have done that, and edited everything to look the way I want it to, but when I reactivate the regular Graphene theme, the menu and widget changes aren’t saved.

Do you have any ideas as to why this is happening? I believe it’s more of a WordPress issue, and not a Graphene one. But, I thought you might have some insight!

    Thank you!

Wow, I figured it out. So sorry for the ignorant question! For anyone else who has this issue, let me explain what I did wrong:

    1. I didn’t follow the installations instructions exactly, and I activated the GM Neo theme. When you do that, a helpful popup appears that prompts you to install the “Mobile Smart” plugin, which is not the same as the GM Neo Helper plugin. I didn’t realize that the purpose of this plugin is stated clearly in the description: “Helper plugin to load the Graphene Mobile Neo admin functions.”

I re-installed the theme and added the correct plugin (I don’t need the Mobile Smart plugin). The options are there, and it’s working properly!

Again, sorry for posting. Thanks again for a great theme!
