    I know this question has been asked before, but from what has worked for others has not worked for me.

    I would like to have my slider show full size above the widgets etc. Just below the header. Can anyone help?

    Thanks a lot!

    Add all this to your child stlye.css or your custom css:

    #sidebar1, #sidebar2 {
    margin-top: 280px;
    }
    .full-sized.featured_slider #slider_root {
    width: 930px;
    }
    .two-columns .full-sized .slider_post {
    width: 930px;
    }
    .full-sized .slider_nav {
    margin-right: -250px;
    }

    NOTE: You will need to redo your images so they are 930px wide, otherwise they will “repeat” within the slider.

    @Josh, it is possible to have slider w/o moving sidebars downwards. (Using action hooks widget and PHP widget..) I have it on my local host..

    Now whenever I add my posts to a site, the only thumbnails that show up are from the sidebar, not from the actual post.

    The only thumbnails that show up where? In the slider?
