Footer wrong on one page, correct on all others

On every page except one, the footer looks like this:
That’s how I want it to look. However, on the Contact Us page, the footer looks like this:
I don’t know why on the Contact Us page there’s a grey bar underneath the footer, while on the other pages it looks proper with the wood grain underneath.
