    Hi all,

The Graphene Footer Menu used to display like this:

Main item 1 Main item 2
    Sub item Sub item
    Sub item Sub item
    Sub item Sub item

There was also a line that would appear to the left of the sub items. But now, it is just this:

Main item 1 Main item 2

The sub items do not appear.

How can I get the sub items to appear in a vertical list, just like in the previous version of the theme?

Edit: The Main Item also appears to be unclickable. The Main Item URL that appears at the bottom left of the browser is just this: http://www.mysite.com/#

Please disregard my above edit. It is in fact clickable.

The only problem is the sub items do not display at all. Upon checking page source, the sub items do not seem to exist.

The footer menu only supports single-level menu at the moment. This was a design decision in keeping the footer clean and simple.

For more elaborate menu in the footer, I would suggest to make use of the Footer Widget Area. You can customise the number of columns and insert a lot more content there than would be possible in the footer bar.

    Hi Syahir,

Thanks for the suggestion. I realized that only single-level was available when I saw that the footer menu depth = 1 in footer.php.

Am hoping you can bring back the multiple-level footer menu because it is a great customization feature, looks very professional (to have multiple textual Footer menus below the Footer Widget Area, which can then be filled with other content) and is an element that makes the theme stand out!

It’s a bit tricky because we have to consider the styling in mobile view as well. I’ll see what I can do to reinstate second level in footer menu.
