    1. First make one here: http://en.gravatar.com/

    2. Goto this page: http://www.yoursite.com/wp-admin/options-discussion.php

Your Gravatar is tied to your e-mail address and show up in minutes.

Your question don’t quite make sense. What’s a favicon.ico tab?

I meant the logo in the browser tab.

He’s asking about a browser favicon.ico, not a gravatar. They are two very different things.

The favicon has nothing to do with this template; it’s a WordPress-assigned variable.

You can specify the url to your favicon in Graphene Options > Display > Miscellaneous options.

I use Photoshop to create my favicons. You have to download the plugin: http://www.telegraphics.com.au/sw/ that allows you to save in .ico format and then open a new document 64px x 64px in RGB colour. Once you create your icon resize to 16px x 16px using “bicubic sharper” from dropdown. If it blurs to much you can oversharpen or oversaturate or increase the contrast before saving in .ico format from Photoshop. Upload the image to your media library and put the url in the sapce Syahir just mentioned above.

But will the Graphene Options > Display > Miscellaneous options accept a url that points to a .jpg or .png file as the source for the favicon? I’ve used both but my fav will still not display but my photobucket account will not allow me to upload an .ico file. Any suggestions on a media library that will?

You can use either .png, .gif, or .ico, since those are the three formats that you can use as favicon as defined in the W3C standards.
