Diaporama bug ?

  • objectifweb

Since the update, the slide show displays the latest articles, before I set to view the articles in a particular category, it does not work.

There is a choice to do but how you select category?

    Best regards

Try to select other option first, then selec the option to use categories again. The categories list selection should appear.

I tried with firefox, chrome and internet explorer, but it still does not work.

With IE, I saw that there was an error in javascript

Hurm.. does this occur only after the recent update? Were you able to open/close the individual settings group previously? Could be a conflict with a plugin. Try deactivating all the plugin you have, and then activate them one by one to see if any one of them is causing the conflict.

Yes, it was after one of the updates and even by disabling all plugins, the problem continues

Can you try reinstalling the theme again? Just to make sure that all files were downloaded correctly to your server. Also, did you make any changes to the theme, or are you using a child theme?

OK, I think I’ve figured this out. It happened before, and I thought I’ve fixed it then. Try replacing the theme’s graphene/admin/admin.js.php file with this updated one here: http://graphene.googlecode.com/svn-history/r224/trunk/graphene/admin/js/admin.js.php

No more error message indicated by IE but still nothing works, no additional fields appears

I just tried and it works. Try my first suggestion again: select other option first, then select the option to use categories again. The categories list selection should appear.

Same problem on my site with Chrome, IE and Explorer. Not able to select specific articles or page for the slider….A menu is missing!
