I don’t think it has something to do with custom CSS because I preserved and reinstalled it. I am also pretty sure that it doesn’t have anything to do with WooCommerce because the issue comes up only after updating Graphene and before (and after) updating WooCommerce.
I am using WP 4.4.2. All plug-ins, inc. WooCommerce are updated.
The problem solved itself since my client went for a different theme. I am running 50+ sites with Graphene. If I come across the same problem again I will certainly let you know.
