Correct process for updating Graphene with a child theme

    What is the best way to update Graphene on a website with a child theme and some changes (not custom CSS) in the Graphene options section? Can I just click the “Update Theme” link in the Graphene description under Appearance > Themes > Available Themes? Do I need to activate the updated theme? Or is it better to ftp the updated Graphene theme files?

    The same way you update plugins: just click on Dashboard > Updates. Simple as.

    Using Dashboard > Updates will maintain my Graphene options?

    Yes. Provided you didn’t edit any of the theme’s files. The theme’s options are stored in the database, so there’s no problem there.
